How to Order
Simply place the desired products into the shopping boat and register for an account. (Please make sure your email address is correct.) An automatic generated email will be sent to you immediately to confirm your order. Kindly check your address and items ordered. Please wait for another email which will be sent to you within a day or two to provide details of the total amount of your items including postage costs. Details of bank details and payment will also be included in that email.

All Prices stated on the site are in Singapore Dollars.
Payment Mode
Cotton Candy accepts local bank transfer (UOB and DBS), cheque payment and Paypal. Items will be sent out after payment is received.

All our items are sent via SingPost. The postage rates are as follows:

Registered mail is strongly encouraged as we are not able to track normal packages after we post the items. Registered mail will be at an additional cost of $2.24. For courier charges they will be at a flat rate of $10. Delivery can only be made during office hours using SingPost - Speedpost service.
Prices and Postage for international Addresses
All international orders will be shipped by Singpost registered airmail. Minimum order for International order is S$15. There will be an additional S$2.20 applicable for the registered article. For parcels of weight up to 20kg, the rates are as follow:

Packaging Your Parcel
Cotton Candy Girl will make all effort to package your items carefully but because they are sent by Singpost we are not able to take care of the parcel once it leaves the island. Please check your items carefully when you receive your items and email us with a photo if there is severe damage to your items. You can also contact Singpost directly if they are couriered.
Exchanges and Returns
Please note that we can only accept exchanges of defective goods. Please inform us via email within 2 days and send the returned item(s) to the given address. Goods must be returned within 7 days upon receipt. In the unlikely event that we sent the incorrect item/s, please contact us immediately! We will definately send the correct item/s to you right away and bear the cost of returning the wrong item back to us.
Keeping of Stock
We apologise but we are not able to keep the items for you if we do not hear from you within 7 days of our confirmation email to you.

To become a Permanent Resident (PR) of Cotton Candy Island, simply purchase above $100 and get 5% off your total purchase and free normal shipping! There will be also a 5% discount for ALL subsequent purchases.

We provide giftwrapping at an additional cost of S$5.
